Dryland Fitness is what makes living the Gravity Haus lifestyle possible. With 4 locations in Denver, Breckenridge, Vail and Winter Park (coming Summer ‘21), Dryland Fitness offers personalized, functional group training that fits (and fuels) your lifestyle. As a Gravity Haus member, you have access to a schedule of group fitness classes or follow your own routine during open gym times at Dryland Denver inside Nurture.

 

Arrive Pilates

Arrive Pilates has one-on-one & small group offers that provide others with valuable tools & skills to create happiness, success & purpose in their lives, and to remind you that you already have all the answers with you. One is, Pilates Training & Embodiment Coaching, for those who know movement is the answer, and are ready for accountability, mindset shifts & boundaries in their lives. The other is, an Intuitive Business Mentorship, for fellow pilates & yoga instructors who care about how they feel in their work and are ready to break out of the group class grind to find freedom & abundance.

 

The Wright Place Pilates

The Wright Place, Pilates and Cycle Syncing
The Wright Place combines both the contemporary and classical practice of Pilates with the modern practice of syncing your lifestyle to your menstrual cycle. The Founder, Rachel Wright, offers a unique approach that combines body awareness and movement through her personalized programs. Rachel works with the intention to honor her client’s energy levels no matter where they're at in their cycle. This means taking advantage of higher energy during Follicular & Ovulation phases. This also means practicing self-compassion and slowing down during Luteal & Menstruation phases to avoid that burn out we commonly face when we over exert ourselves.
